Ok here is what I am looking for at the moment. My company is expanding rapidly. Last year we did over 150 gigs, and this year we are about to hit 200 and it's only September. I have reinvested thousands on better advertising, equipment, more web sites, and more DJ's. I am looking to hit over 500 events per year and here is how you can help....
I am looking for marketing minded sales professionals to help spread the word to people looking for DJ's for weddings for special events. You can use the internet, post flyers, referrals, personal references, etc. There are hundreds of ways to advertise successfully. There are thousands of people in the Chicagoland area that look for DJ's, and I am trying to brand my corporate name. The only way to do this is to get the word out to a lot of people.
Here's what is in it for you. You will receive a 10% comission on every event booked under $500. And a 15% comission on every event booked over $500. Our events range from $300-$2000 depending on type of service. Here is the process on how this works. Every phone call answered I always ask "where did you hear about us from." When they mention you, a flyer from your area, etc. I'll know it's coming from a certain person and they will get the comission.
You can also handle the initial phone call yourself if preferred. Follow up with them so you know if it was booked or not, and why it wasn't. I ask for an initial deposit fo 20% down, so as soon as they mail their deposit YOU GET PAID!
Does it actually make you money??..............
As of right now I have 2 guys working for me. This month alone they have a combined 16 gigs that we booked out up to 2012. They are both high school students, spreading the word about sweet 16's, and private parties such as bar Mitzvahs, etc. I paid them out a combined $1200 this month NO JOKE! It's a win win for everyone.
The easiest way to get a sale is to get the customer on our website. They will see videos, pix, info, and how we work. We have a 100% satisfaction rating, and our clients are HAPPY! check out the site below...
